    Without seeing the site in question and checking the error console, code etc, there is not much I can do to help. Is it possible to post a link please?

    But at a guess, it is most likely the KBE template does not play nicely with your theme so you will need to adjust

    Took a look, and I think you will need to adjust the KBE template to suit your theme.

    Sorry I can’t be more helpful but this is out of the realm of support for the plugin and best addressed by your theme developer.
