    Hello!

    I’ve had problems with sending from time to time and I can’t figure out what the cause is. I’m using Icegram Express 5.5.14 free version. I’ve used both WP mail and PHP mail in the setting. I’m not exceeding my web host sending limits. I’m using an external cron service and that seems to be working.

    In the log from Icegram ig_es_email_sending… I get an error after some emails have been sent;

    I can however manually send the rest by clicking the yellow arrow icon on the ‘Report’ page. But I have to keep clicking it until all is sent. And that is not a good option for me.

    What can be the reason for the errors? What can I do? Last time it was that some email addresses created a error (the yahoo ones) and then the plugin stopped sending. Deleting those addresses solved this (and then I think you updated the plugin so that is not stopping sending after an error).

    Referring to the above information, the issue you have mentioned is not caused by the plugin. As the plugin seems to be working fine, but the email-sending functionality is missing according to the error.

    Icegram Express plugin triggers email sending, but email sending is dependent on the mailer. In your case, the mailer is discarding emails or blocking email sending.

    Hence I would recommend you to contact your hosting provider and share the error information with them. There are many other reasons why it may stop, such as the reputation of the domain, the content of the email, the sending server, the sending limit, etc.

    By asking them, we can figure out what is causing the problem on your site.

    Hello and thank you for the fast reply.

    I understand that the errors might come from the hosting provider, but there are still some parts of the problem that has to do with the plugin. I think.

    For example, that the plugin stops sending the rest when an error har occured. As I wrote I can keep sending the queue if I keep clicking the send icon on the report-page.

    Hello and good that you checked in.

    At the moment is is working again. I think one part is that the webhost I’m using has a spam-filter that blocks my emails from being send if they have to many links (but I can’t get them to give me more info on that).

    So for now I’m happy.
