Error in documentation

Hi

Just used the Complete Open Graph plugin to add twitter and facebook og data to my site and have found it very useful. I did however find that the filter to alter the data is not ‘complete_open_graph_data’ as in the docs but ‘complete_open_graph_all_data’. Didn’t take ages to find that but it’s probably worth updating the docs.
