Error in debug.log

    Hi!
    First of all, thank for this plugin!
    It is very useful.

    I noticed that in my debug log i have this 2 undefined variables on line 473.

    Undefined variable: out in ../above-the-fold-optimization/includes/optimization.class.php Undefined variable: n in ../above-the-fold-optimization/includes/optimization.class.php

    Is possible to fix?

    It has been added to our todo list. The issue will be solved with the next plugin update.

    I also hope this will be fixed in the next version. When will it be released? Hopefully not too long.
