Error in custom-header.php has broken my site

    I made some changes to lines 29 and 30 of the file custom-header.php. Now I get the following error regardless of what I try to do:

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘,’ in /nfs/c02/h09/mnt/16429/domains/burtonlive.ca/html/test/wp-content/themes/twentythirteen/inc/custom-header.php on line 30

    I can’t access my wp-admin online, or the actual website. It has completely crashed. How do I fix this?
