Error in Creating Staging Site

    Hi. I am trying to test the plugin, specifically its feature to do staging sites. I was able to do it once – then deleted the staging site, and tried to create a new one. Upon testing the database connection, I get the error: Failed to connect to MySQL server. Please try again later.

    I have contacted my web host regarding this, and they don’t see anything trying to connect to the database upon database connection testing. Please advise.

    Thank you for this information. I did some troubleshooting and found that the issue is the host information. Using ‘localhost’ does not work. I used the direct IP of the site, and it worked! Thank you very much for your assistance on this, I appreciate it.?
