error in confirmation mail

Thank You for this great plugin!
Unfortunately the first link in the confirmation mail (template Merriweather) is wrong:
Here is an excerpt:

Wenn der automatische Link hinter ?jetzt best?tigen“ nicht funktioniert, dann

https://oepf.4lima.de/noptin_newsletter/confirm?nv=471c0fd635f1004be4eafb335d1956a0
… you can safely delete this email”

As You can see there are double protocols “https://https://&#8221; in the link of the button.
This is not a big problem as the other templates (Plain and Paste) are ok.
