Error in code in support page “Changing the read more URL”

I want to report a typing error on the page:
https://complianz.io/changing-the-read-more-url-on-the-cookie-banner/in add_filter (‘cmplz_cookie_settings’, ‘cmplz_edit_cookie_settings’);
the last apostrophe is written the wrong way
