Error in Checkout with new Version 1.3.1

    Hi,

    I just installed the 1.3.1 and the following happens:

    with the plugin DISABLED in woocommerce-payment settings, I get an error saying ?Uncaught Error: LiveValidation::initialize – No element with reference or id of ‘card-number’ exists!“ when on the checkout-summary page. Just to repeat, the plugin is enabled but the paymill-payment option disabled in woocommerce.
