error in adding answers of multiple choice single answer questions

    getting this error in adding answers of multiple choice single answer questions. When add answer button is clicked two 2nd answer or 3rd answer tabs are appearing at the same time. they can’t be deleted. clicking the x button below the add answer button, only decrements the value of the tab.

    I think the problem occurred because you accidently clicked ‘add answer’ button again even before first request was completed. So, that may lead to ajax conflict error. I will add logic to disable ‘add answer’ button when clicked and enable it after request to add new answer gets completed.
