Error in accessing pages in Forminator Menu

The screenshot points out “ERR_CONNECTION_RESET” message which I’m afraid, isn’t related to Forminator and mostly related within your system as mentioned here:

Is the issue specific to your localhost? are you able to replicate this in a live website?

Maybe you could test it out in a publically hosted website and see whether that helps?
