Error impossible of do login

Hi! i have 2 problems

and not is possible logged for desable this.

2. desable the plugin for do loguin… but not work more. the url is custom.
error for default url > https://i.imgur.com/HPG6GRn.png

3. i try upload wp-cerber-reset.
i rename the filder of plugin and upload the wp-cerber-reset, and try again.
I have the same problem.
