Error importing media

Hi @capuderg, I am suddenly having a problem with customers trying to install my themes and the images are not importing. I had 2 people today have the same error with 2 different themes. I tried installing one of the themes on my own test site and had the same error. I see there was another post on this 6 months ago but the person never replied. The import log file does not show any errors, and there are no errors logged on my sites that store the images. There are also no errors logged on my testing site that I tried to install on – so no helpful information to go on!
