Error importing Google/Outlook CSV

    I am trying to import contacts from a Gmail account. I have exported the list (424 contacts) to both Google CSV and Outlook CSV. In ProfileGrid I get multiple error messages that the email addresses are wrong and/or that the fields for a contact don’t match those defined. The email addresses are valid in the CSV and as for the fields, why shouldn’t they match? It is an exported file from Google Mail. What else should I check?

    Thank you very much for your reply and double thanks that you want to check the original file. I’ll find out how to send you the original CSV file.
