Error importing from Blogger

  • Hi,

    I’ve signed up with Yahoo web hosting and set up a wordpress blog there. When I try importing my Blogger blog it says
    “Could not resolve ‘www.blogger.com'”

    How do i resolve this issue?

    I’m also experiencing the same error.Also with Yahoo webhosting. if you’ve found a solution, do share. I’ve tried disabling my firewall, but it didn’t work.

    Take a look at Sueeus’ tutorial on migrating your WordPress blog to your own PC first, and then migrate that DB to your live WordPress server.

    Hey, coolfrog,

    On a whim, I decided to test out the import tool by setting up a blog hosted by WordPress and successfully imported my blogger files over.

    Then I saved the RSS feeds to my hard disk, went back to admin panel, and import the feeds for both te entries and comments, and it worked! Only thing is, they’re all in a mess. I intended to fix them tonight, but now that the Yahoo server is down, I can’t. I’d also like to try that with my blogger feeds, just to see if it works.
