Error importing blog from Blogger

  • I’ve tried to import my old blog from Blogger thru MANAGER -> IMPORT, but after the Google check for the access I get the following error:

    Could not connect to https://www.google.com

    There was a problem opening a secure connection to Google. This is what went wrong:

    Success (0)

    2.2 — 0.20 seconds

    What does that mean ?

    How can I solve the problem ?
