Error import

    Hi,

    cant import. Get this error message =>

    The file is empty. Please upload something larger. This error can also be caused by uploads being disabled in your php.ini file or by the value in post_max_size being smaller than upload_max_filesize in the php.ini file.

    What can i do? Searched for php.ini could not find it.

    The file is empty. Please upload something larger. This error can also be caused by uploads being disabled in your php.ini file or by the value in post_max_size being smaller than upload_max_filesize in the php.ini file.

    PHP.ini is a file usually handled by your web host to control restrictions around the way the hosting works. With that kind of error – I’d recommend reaching out to your host and checking you have permissions to upload files like that import file, and what the size limits are.
