    @shiokguy – Given the information above this should just work for you … try re-inserting the album display again.

    You might also consider using the Reset Option under Gallery > Other Options first and/or clearing the image cache under Gallery > Other Options > Miscellaneous.

    Thanks!

    In my last installation, once I did the reset, the whole WP installation became corrupted.

    I am quite reluctant to do it again.

    This is the code inserted…

    @photocrati I did the clear cache, but I am worry about the reset because it caused my WP to crash with error.. my hosting has to delete and entire include directory and reinstalled to get it back online

    I manage to get the Album inserted..

    @shiokguy – The Reset Option should not crash your site unless there is a conflict with something else. I would recommend going to a baseline of a default WordPress Twenty series theme, deactivating all plugins (clear any caches) then reactivate NextGEN Gallery only and try the Reset Option at that time.

    @photocrati

    I am using Twenty Series right now.
    I think my client will kill me if I crash her site again ?? Even when I do not charge her anything for the job. I help her because her son has autism just like my two boys

    In my last email, you can see that I can add the album on the page
    https://damienwong.com/testalbum/

    If you click on the link you will see all the extended album.. showing the number of picture in the Album.. First Album has only ONE gallery and second album as two galleries

    The issue is now even it shows it has picture inside, once your click on one of the album…

    For example Damien Animal Gallery Collection
    https://damienwong.com/testalbum/nggallery/damien-animal-gallery-collection

    It reported as two line of message (why two lines could be the clue here) as below

    ***
    no images were found

    no images were found
    ***

    If I cannot resolved this I might just find a workaround.. It would not be perfect ??

    @shiokguy – How are you inserting your displays into the page? To see to messages would indicate two displays are being inserted (and likely the same issue is affecting both), or the root cause to the problem is causing the code to be rendered twice(?!)

    @photocrati
    Good morning
    I used the green button on my Page editor
    Click one green button, choose Extended Album
    Choose the Album
    all other leave as default
    done.

    The page should up right, but when you click on the album as show in earlier email, you will get the error message.

    Thank you
    Regards

    @shiokguy – It may be best for you to send us a Bug Report (https://nextgen-gallery.com/report-bug/ … please reference this topic) as we probably need to get a look under the page to see what is happening on your site.

    We will need log in (and FTP) credentials for your WordPress installation as well, please include those with your Bug Report.

    Thanks!

    – Cais.
