Error icon displayed after submitting payment

    Hello,

    When a customer hits place order button in checkout, the page freezes. An exclamation mark displays at the top of the checkout page but no message is displayed. The order does go through and payment gets taken however. I’m using WP Astra theme…

    Hi @wesmcdermott,

    Go to your WooCommerce > Status > Logs page and see if any exceptions are being thrown by a 3rd party plugin.

    That is usually why this kind of behavior happens.
