    After updating the plugin at 11:59 yesterday our site had the following error and no one can login now.

    If you have access to FTP or your cpanel you can rename the plug-in folder which will effectively disable it and then your site will load again. Then you can revert back to the previous version if you need to.

    As for what exactly the problem is it would be best at that point to set up a staging copy of your site so that we can install the latest version of the plug-in there and troubleshoot the problem without affecting your live site. It’s really recommended to do any updates on a staging site before your live site in general.

    So if you go ahead and follow those steps to disable the plugin and then revert back to the previous version you can get yourself up and running again. Then we can help you figure out the rest.
