Advanced Maps seems a Pro feature in Happy Addon. I can ask for a dev license at their end, but the you can also share https://complianz.io/developers-guide-for-third-party-integrations/

so their support team can integrate easily with Complianz, or the most generic solution is that Happy Addon conform with the WP Consent API and then with all CMP that use the Consent API as well; https://github.com/rlankhorst/wp-consent-level-api/
