    I just tested this locally and was not able to reproduce the issue. Have you tried deleting the PDF file and re uploading it?

    The same thing happens to us.

    We are using the Email Before Download plugin and with safari and firefox there is no problem, the link opens the document, but Chrome does not end up downloading and the document can not be viewed
