    Hi,

    When I try to connect, the whole page goes blank with the message : getting credentials failed

    When I refresh and try again : getting token failed

    I’ve tryed to :
    – Reset Site Kit a lot of times
    – Reinstall Site Kit
    – Update everything
    – Use the troobleshooting pluggin
    – Use another browser (Chrome & Opera)
    – Use a VPN to change my IP (I don’t have one by default)
    – Wipe the cashes, data, etc. of my browser
    – Install it on another website (I have the same issue with 5 differents website)
    – Look wih my host (WHC.ca) if anything was down, and nothing seems out of the ordinary
    – Dance on one leg while holding my cat

    Nothing worked. I’m out of options, and the documentation is suggesting to open a support topic in the Site Kit forum for more assistance.
