Error: GET MULTIFILE: CONNECTION_ERROR

    Hello,

    We’ve been using this plugin for quite some time now and we loved it. However, lately, every time this plugin is activated, we can’t visit our website. We’re getting a connection error.

    Is there an upcoming update on this plugin that will fix this bug? Thank you!

    Thank you for reaching out.
    This seems not related to W3 Total Cache directly but with some security plugin. Failure to respond back to the server’s data requests in a timely manner causes cURL error 28.
    You can also check if the Performance>Page Cache>REST API section and make sure the setting “Disable REST API” is not enabled.
