    Hello, I’m encountering an issue when trying to generate and download the invoice for an order. The font in the invoice format is displaying an error, and despite attempting to reset, the problem persists. Could you please provide guidance on how to resolve this issue? Thank you.

    Hi, @uxworkstation:

    This often happens when you migrate your site, or when you or a cleanup process accidentally delete the plugin temp folder, located under wp-content/uploads, in which we store the plugins fonts. Maybe one of these things happened recently?

    To solve this, we run a daily check to reinstall the fonts automatically, but it can take a few hours before it run again. That said, please go to WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > Advanced > Tools tab, and click on the Reinstall fonts button, to force the check, so you do not have to wait longer.
