Error gathering analytics data from Google: User Rate Limit Exceeded

Dear Toplytics Team,

So the plugin doesn’t work at all.

In Google Developer Console it is said that I haven’t exceeded the quote at all — https://gyazo.com/c7e82b9628fdb290dab21d49a24161f0

Recently I have moved to another hosting with NGINX. Probably the problem is somehow related to it.

I would highly appreciate if you could share any advice on how the problem may be resolved. I have no idea what I should do, as in Google Developer Console everything is enabled.
