Error from Petfinder

    I help with two sites using the Petfinder plugin. This morning both offered this error instead of the list of adoptable pets:

    Petfinder is down at the moment. Please check back shortly.
    Error Code returned:

    No error code given. A couple of hours later one site was fine but https://marilynsvoice.org/petfinder/ is still showing the error. I’ve tried everything including checking API keys and re-adding them, checking to see if another plugin is causing this (no). We are running WordPress 5.5 and haven’t updated it yet as too many people are having issues with dropdowns in their Navigation Menu when they update to 5.5, however, our other site is working fine with 5.5.(https://www.stayawhilecatshelter.org/adoptable-cats/).

    Should I contact Petfinder or do you have any suggestions? Thank you!

    Hi – can you provider the shelter ID for Marilynsvoice.org? I’ll see if I can get the feed working on a test site.

    Thank you for replying! We also contacted Petfinder who generated new API keys for us and I just this minute put them in and the plugin now loads. I figured it was on their end! We love your plugin and I really appreciate you replying to me.
