Error “Forbidden” when changing the status of a user

When I’m trying to change the status of a user (to proove the user or to deactivate the account) there is showing up a page, that this ressource is forbidden for me. I’m using the admin account, so there shouldn’t be any missing authorizations. I’ve already cleared all caches and it didn’t solve the problem. I’m using the latest version of the plugin and I’m looking forward to your help.
