Error: Forbidden ?

  • Hi all, forst time trying to work on a site locally and then move to a live domain. Using WO Clone and uploaded the zip file into my root folder for the site and got an error as such:

    The plugin encountered an error while downloading the zip file,the following error message was returned:

    Error Message : Forbidden

    Temporary files created in /home2/paisan/public_html/vguintaroofingny.com/wp/wp-content/wpclone-temp will be deleted.

    If this is a permissions issue, which folder needs it? Or am I following the wrong path?

  • I got this when the folder I had the file in was protected. I just moved the file to one that was not and had no issues after that.
