Bulk Optimisation not working.

After clicking Run and Optimize Now, 4 Images were optimised. However, when I click Run again, the Run button and Optimize Now, the operation stopped without doing anything and I noticed a red alert icon at the top of the page. What could be causing this?

and Why is WebP size having the – value?
