Error for one member at login, Service Temporarily Unavailable

  • My client’s membership site has one member (out of 2000+) who gets this error each time she tries to login:

    503: Service Temporarily Unavailable
    Too many IP addresses accessing one secure area!

    Same thing from multiple computers, multiple browsers, at different locations.

    We changed her password, no help. We deleted her account and created a new one with the same info, same result. Then, on 1/13/14 we deleted her account and set her up with a new username and pw, she could then login with no problem.

    Now today (1/22/14) this problem is happening again for this one member with the new account. They want to know if it’s saf to do the Reset/Delete for IP restrictions for this user – is it? Can anyone suggest something else to try?
