    Hello,

    We have a problem with one specific payment to a vendor. It’s about ”WC Order #87193269256579″, and vendor UserID 1289538239 and TransactionID 1289538499. It is not possile to switch this order from ‘in process’ to ‘finished’. It seems like the money for the vendor is staying in the wallet of the buyer instead that it get’s paid to the vendor.

    I hope you can help me with this.

    Hi Juul,

    It seems that this vendor’s user account is not KYC validated. Since it’s a natural user, uploading the vendor’s ID would be sufficient. When that has happened, the order can proceed ‘finished’.
