Error: File upload is required

Hi, plug work good 1-2 days, than appears error “file upload is required”. I tried to reinstall plug and after that work good but just 1-2 days and the error returned. If I disable in settings “Required” restiction, I can add product to basket but uploaded picture aren’t visible.
