Error fetching buckets

Hi,
I first installed the Amazon Webservice plugin and entered my access keys.
I then installed the Offload S3 Lite plugin.When I click on Browse existing buckets I get this message
Error fetching buckets — The AWS Access Key Id you provided does not exist in our records.Does it mean that it is not getting to my S3?
