    Hello @cravomarketing ,

Thank you for reaching out to us, we are here to help.

This error response is usually related to the funding method on the payer account.
Choosing a different payment source within the PayPal account should resolve the error. Since the PayPal API refuses the transaction, there is not much you could do about it apart from asking the customer to pay with a different method (within PayPal).

Let me know if this answers your question.

    Kind regards,
    Joost

    Hey @joostvandevijver ,

It is not from the payer account. So I created a $1 product and I tried with two of my own credit cards, and both got denied. One was a MasterCard and the other an America Express.

If you got to https://yogakp.com/live-like-a-yogi/, click on sign me up button, the test product is there.

I do get the text message from both credit cards, saying a purchase was made, but then get this error.

Let me know what else I can provide you so you can help me out.

    Thank you so much!!

@joostvandevijver Something is wrong. ?? Please fix this problem… losing orders… I’m also getting errors…

    1. The payment buttons are not loading at all…
    2. Then after troubleshooting for a long time, I then deactivated the “Advanced Card Processing” feature, then the payment buttons loaded, but when I clicked to process and pay, it shows the error, “Something went wrong. Please try again or choose another payment source.”

    Please fix this issue… ):

    Thank you!

    Hello @cravomarketing

When you get the error “TRANSACTION_REFUSED“, the transaction is not being refused by our plugin, but by the involved bank or PayPal server. If you really believe there is an issue caused by PayPal, you would need to reach out to PayPal Merchant Technical Support to review the transaction ID (and Debug ID if you can get this from the logs). They can look into the backend and give you more details why this transaction got refused (we don’t have access to the backend of these transactions.

Let me know if that gives you the answers you are looking for.

@williamews this is not a related issue. Please open a new thread or open a private engagement with us via these instructions (preferred, because we can review your checkout page).

    Kind regards,
    Joost

@joostvandevijver Alright. I just opened a new or separate thread. Please check it.
