Error: Failed to access bucket updraftvault-us-west-2

    I’m attempting to perform a manual backup and it keeps failing with the following error.

    510.812 (1) UpdraftPlus Vault: Error: Failed to access bucket updraftvault-us-west-2. Error executing “CreateBucket” on “https://updraftvault-us-west-2.s3.amazonaws.com/”; AWS HTTP error: cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate (see https://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/libcurl-errors.html) (line: 195, file: /var/www/html/wp-content/plugins/updraftplus/vendor/aws/aws-sdk-php/src/WrappedHttpHandler.php)

    I’ve tried reconnecting/refreshing the connection and it appears to be connected just fine.
    Any idea’s what’s going on?

    Hi,

    I think your problem may lay with the recent expiration of Let’s encrypts root certificate. Can you please check on that?
