    Hello,

I am experiencing intermittent error messages on front and back end of my website for minutes sometimes or much longer:

    503 Service Error
Unable to handle request error 500
    Error establishing database connection

for the last few weeks this has been happening now, everything is up to date on my site. Go Daddy area advising it is something do with either Woocommerce/Wordpress transient data and that there are excessive amounts stored which they believe is causing this problem and i have no idea how to fix, apparently this is a common error with WordPress, please may anyone help me?

    Many thanks,

    Kirby.

Intermittent errors like that indicate you’re probably on an under-resourced or overloaded server. To address GD’s assertion, install the plugin “WP Optimize” and use it to clear expired transients.

    Hi Steve,

Thank you for kindly coming back to me, i do feel i am constantly being fobbed off by GD to be honest, i’d like to think that is not the case but it appears otherwise, i have rung them on many of occasions now to try and resolve with no satisfactory outcome ??

    Many thanks

    Kirby.

I have used the plugin thanks Steve, it advised there was no expired plugins, i’ll let you know if it resolves the issue after optimization.
