    Error establishing a database connection – online wp org site
    I get this ^^^ here >>>

    since yesterday afternoon… where look for the problem…?
    I did not do any action on DB or server… just on the same server logged in … in some cPanels but Other for domains/sites… Not to this site… I am surprised getting and is unexpected…

    Talk to your hosting company. If you haven’t made any changes, something else has changed without you knowing about it, and your hosting compan will be the only people that could tell you what that is.

    server has mysql down in all sites:
    anotherMyDomain.com cpanel

    It means that the database server is not working.

    The only people that can fix this is your hosting company. Talk to them and they can get it fixed straight away.

    Problem is server-wide — in all my MySQL sites, the database Not working
    THE HOSTING SUPPORT SAID: // CAN you provide me any hint/help on this… or await cPanel forums?


    my team and they said that there is a connectivity issue between the mysql server and the server socket layer ( mysql.sock file ).
    This is something which need to be checked with cpanel forums or server admin.

    If that’s the response from your hosting company… change hosting companies! They are the ones that should be getting that sorted out – UNLESS you have an unmanaged VPS/server. If that’s the case, then yes, you need to figure it out for yourself.

    As that’s not a WordPress problem, you should keep it to the cPanel forums.
