Yep, that’s what I get too. IF it happened right after adding a plugin, try deactivating all plugins by renaming the plugins folder on the server via FTP or GoDaddy’s file manager –

wp-content
     plugins.HOLD

i wasn’t able to add a plugin when I clicked on plugins I rceived the error

I’d go back to GoDaddy. If you haven’t changed anything and that suddenly happened?

the support guy said that their side was working fine and that they couldn’t offer support for wordpress. Maybe I updated wordpress a few days ago would that have caused this error?

Was your site working at all after the update?

You can certainly try the usual troubleshooting steps – deactivating plugins as I posted above. If that doesn’t work, rename your current theme’s folder to HOLD as well so that WP uses twentythirteen.

Doublecheck your wp-config file – sounds like you have done that?

i haven’t checked the site since i updated but i was able to log in earlier before the error.

renaming the plugin folder had no change
renaming the themes folder had no change

I am new to wordpress but from looking at the other posts my config file appears to be ok. I can post it here to be sure, is there any info in the file that I don’t want to post here? ( what should i xxxx out if any)

Yep. I’m seeing a bright orange background on the wp-admin for Bazar Shop. Did you recently move the site or change DNS?

no it’s a new site what you are seeing is correct. any idea why you see it and we can’t ?

just got off the phone with godaddy, apparently some users are having that issue while others are not. Their developers are working on it and it will be resolved ASAP.
