    You can check if you see still see the option after you have deactivated the plugin. You can choose “keep https” so you stay on SSL. If the error still shows up, it’s not related to the plugin.

    If the error is gone after deactivating the plugin, you can check which setting causes the issue by deactivating your settings one by one. If you can then report here which setting this was, we can take a look.
