    Hey there @alyab,

Would it be possible to provide a site URL, so we can investigate the issue further?

    Kind regards,
    Stoyan

    Hey there @alyab,

Most probably the issue is related to an htaccess rule or a security plugin. The exact issue is that the request made from the plugin are redirected and returning 404, leading to an unsuccessful attempt to populate the options.

    Kind regards,
    Stoyan

    Hi @stoyangeorgiev ,

I read that WP Front Notification Bar plugin might cause the error so I deactivated it but the error still persist.

Since I can’t enable https via sg optimizer, I used Really Simple SSL plugin to enforce it. Could this be the issue because of the htaccess rule written?

If so, which option do you recommend when deactivating Really Simple SSL plugin:
    https://ibb.co/wzCXP8b for testing purposes?

Not sure if this is related but I also use redirection plugin by John Godley

    Thanks.

    Hey there @alyab,

You can try to disable the redirection plugin and monitor the behavior of our plugin.

If that does not work, I would suggest disabling the SSL plugin, reverting to the default htaccess settings, and try to activate the Enforce HTTPS through the SiteGround Optimizer plugin.

Make sure that your SSL Certificate is valid. I would also suggest making a backup before changing your settings, so you can easily revert to the working settings.

If you still have issues after that, feel free to reach back to us.

    Kind regards,
    Stoyan
