    I kept searching but I can’t find solutions, any suggestion would be appreciated.

    Hi. Thanks for that.

    I can see one main issue:
    In the Form, the form-tag for the email field is incorrectly set to a text field, instead of an email field. Change to [email* your-email watermark "Votre adresse e-mail"]

    There is also one improvement you can make:
    In the Mail >> Additional Headers field, add the following to allow you to reply directly to the sender using the “Reply” button in your email client (e.g. Outlook, Thunderbird): Reply-To: [your-name] <[your-email]>

    The configuration looks fine now. There are a few console errors, one which looks like you may have a redirect setup on submit:

    
    www-widgetapi.js:100 Failed to execute 'postMessage' on 'DOMWindow': The target origin provided ('https://www.youtube.com') does not match the recipient window's origin ('https://renaud-mazaleyrat.fr').
    

    Do you have code in the Additional Settings tab? Could you copy that somewhere, remove the code and save. Then test the form.
    If that doesn’t help you should try ruling out a conflict by disabling all other plugins and activating the Twenty-Seventeen theme. Then test the form.
