Error: Empty CAPTCHA

    Hello,
    I have installed this plugin and try to configure it, but after I add the email address and press Reset Password, it shows on a page “Error: Empty CAPTCHA”.

    How can I solve this?

    Hi mate that’s another plugin conflicting with this one. I don’t use any kind of CAPTCHA on my form.

    yes, it’s true; I disable it, but right now it’s been said that “That key is no longer valid. Please reset your password again.” even if I clicked the link within 10 seconds.
    Please advise!

    yes, I did it several times and I received the same message “That key is no longer valid. Please reset your password again.”

    I think you might be using a different plugin now. I just registered and tried to reset my password and it’s showing a different form to mine that doesn’t work properly.
