Error: Email not entered

  • I got an error using this plugin where we could not add new emails. You would get the error “Email not entered. Please try again”.

    This worked when we rolled the plugin back to version 2.6.2 (from Version 2.8.0).

    Are there any updates on why this wasn’t working and if we can expect to be able to update the plugin again?

    @megabiters 2 questions:
    1. did you reconnect the plugin to your Campaign Monitor account once you updated the version to 2.8
    2. Were you originally updating from 2.6 to 2.8 or did you have a version previous to 2.6 before you attempted the update to 2.8?

    If yes to both, please confirm the version of PHP and WordPress you are running and any further details you have about the error.
