    Hi!

    I have three questions regarding automatic review reminder emails:

    Is it possible to
    1) have them delivered directly as the booking is marked Completed?
    2) change the “Review”-link in the email to instead direct to my own website, or a specific URL at my website? Alternatively, is it possible to have the button removed completely?
    3) send the same email also to the provider of the booking, and not just the customer?

    Thanks for the interest in our plugin!

    1. Yes, please set sending delay = 0.
    2. No, it is not possible.
    3. You can specify an additional email in BCC. Then, this email address will receive copies of all emails sent by the plugin.

    For number 3; Ok! I would need the plug-in to fill in the service provider’s email automatically, is that possible? I tried experimenting with different variables/merge tags but I couldn’t get it to work.

    … and an additional question:

    Is it possible to duplicate one of the emails, change some features, and send out both the original and the modified duplicate?

    To answer your last two questions – unfortunately, it is not possible to achieve this with our plugin.
