Your plugin does not send email, and provides the following error in the “send test” field:
Error: email could not be sent, please check if your settings are correct and saved.I’m using WP Mail SMTP for outgoing email, and used the same email address both in your plugin configuration in Reply-To Address and Email for Notifications and in SMTP plugin.
Please advise how to resolve the error. thank you.
Let me mention that WooCommerce emails work properly, where both the customer and the admin get emails for new order, shipped, etc.
I’ve also disabled WP Mail SMTP, and the same error happens. Let me mention that without the SMTP plugin emails also arrive to destination.
Please advise the reason for the error, and the solution.
