Error: Email campaign sending authorization

Hello MailPoet,
This original issue that I opened is still unresolved. I’m still unable to send a campaign.I tried a quick test but received an error: “You need to authorize the email address xxx@xxxxx to be able to send with it.” The email address in my MailPoest account says that it’s authorized. I also sent you an email regarding this.
I signed up with MailPoet on 2-23-21. I have still not been able to test sending a campaign.
Please help.
