    Hello MailPoet,
    This original issue that I opened is still unresolved. I’m still unable to send a campaign.

    I tried a quick test but received an error: “You need to authorize the email address xxx@xxxxx to be able to send with it.” The email address in my MailPoest account says that it’s authorized. I also sent you an email regarding this.

    I signed up with MailPoet on 2-23-21. I have still not been able to test sending a campaign.

    Please help.

    Sure thing! Meanwhile, you can check the following:

    – you’re typing your FROM address all lower key;
    – you have installed and activated MailPoet Premium plugin;
    – both MailPoet plugins are updated to the latest version;
    – your Premium key is properly activated (and belongs to the same account) in MailPoet > Settings > Key Activation, please re-verify it if needed.
