I’ve been trying to import the sales page using the element for days, but it always gives an error. It always says “An error occurred, please try again”. I have already carried out the test in other browsers, on other devices, networks, with other different sales pages, and the same error always occurs.

    Hello @alinesaldanha,

I was reading your initial message and understand your issue.
Please try these methods and tell us if they helped:

    • Click the Advanced tab and then switch the CSS print method to Internal embedding.
    • Clear all cache: your browser’s cache, other plugins’ cache, server cache (if possible).
    • Switch the CSS print method back after following these steps, regardless if it helped or not.

If it doesn’t help, it might be possible that a plugin/ theme conflict can cause the issue, try to deactivate your plugins one by one and check if it helps in each deactivation.

Switching to a default WP theme will also rule a theme conflict.

Lastly, it’s possible that the Elementor plugin updated automatically and caused the issue, check out our rollback feature to go back a version: https://elementor.com/help/rolling-back-to-a-previous-version-of-elementor/

If the above didn’t help, you can try options like cloning your site on a different server and test again. This will indicate if the server has any restrictions.

I hope this can help you.
Let me know if you have other questions related to Elementor.

    Regards.
