Error Edit Page when posting

  • I tried to start a new entry this morning on our site https://granvillegop.org/Wordpress/ I posted there successfully on 27 March but can not today. When I hit publish I get an error page Are you sure you want to edit this page “”? I have seen this page before when all users were contributers. The setting was changed to authors and I was able to make my post on the 27th.

    Any suggestions to get this site moving and me out of here?

    drmike, I see someone was having some of the same issues as I, and there are so many things talked about. Can you advise on which area we need to focus on?

    Has everyone gone on vacation? I don’t have the time or inclination to to try to rebuild the software. I will try to fix a problem from a suggestion, but need a good one.

    The software is no better than the support, and I feel it is pretty soft.

    I experienced this error about 3 weeks ago while using IE6. I then changed over to Firefox and this solved the problem permanently. I haven’t had to edit my site again using IE. I would recommend this as solution.
