    Hello SimplePay Support Team,

I am trying to reach out to support for 4 days I still have not got any responds. Trying to get your attention with this topic. Screenshots mentioned in the article below has already been sent to you via your support channel.

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out for assistance regarding an integration issue we’re facing with the SimplePay plugin on our WordPress site, which is currently utilizing the Essentials theme by Pixfort.

We have successfully implemented the SimplePay payment form within a PixPop-Up using the WPBakery “Text Block” element. The form is operational when accessed directly via its permalink. However, we encountered an issue when attempting to display the form dynamically within a pop-up. Specifically, the payment information fields (such as card details) do not display correctly, rendering the form non-functional in this context. This has been illustrated in the screenshots attached, where ss0.png shows the SimplePay payment form setup, and ss1.png demonstrates the issue with the payment form where card information fields are not accessible.

Upon consulting with the Pixfort support team regarding this matter, they suggested that since SimplePay is an external third-party plugin, it might require the content of the plugin to be visible for initialization. They recommended checking the plugin documentation or reaching out to your support team to inquire whether the plugin supports using and initializing its elements dynamically within a pop-up environment.

If the SimplePay plugin does support dynamic initialization and provides a JavaScript function for this purpose, we would be eager to implement it. The Pixfort team has advised that any such JavaScript function can be added into a code snippet and then inserted into the site via Theme options → Layout → Advanced → Custom JS (in footer).

Given the importance of this integration for our site’s checkout process, we would greatly appreciate any guidance, documentation, or code snippets you could provide to help us address this issue. Ensuring the SimplePay form is fully functional within the PixPop-Up is crucial for providing a seamless checkout experience for our customers.

Thank you for your attention to this matter and your continued support. We look forward to your prompt response and any assistance you can offer.

    Kind regards,
